SOH ASSOCIATE PROGRAM

A 12-month graduate program giving Ghana's brightest minds hands-on experience across upstream and downstream oil and gas operations.
The SOH Associate Program is a graduate development initiative structured, and designed to complement the traditional National Service Scheme. At SOH Energy, we don’t say National Service, we say SAP.

Associates gain hands-on upstream and downstream experience by working directly with seasoned engineers, partners, and companies who operate within the industry.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

Graduates of accredited National and International institutions (Universities and Polytechnics) with a minimum academic qualification of a second class upper. However, applicants with exceptional intellectual skills, knowledge in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Coding, must indicate such in their application.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Academic Qualification
Bachelor's degree, minimum 2nd Class Upper, in an eligible discipline
Fields of Study
Engineering, Geoscience, HSE, Business Administration, IT
Who qualifies
National Service Personnel, recent graduates.
Mobility
Willingness to work at field locations including Takoradi, Accra and offshore sites

    Yes. All associates receive a monthly stipend throughout the 12 months. Exact details are shared with shortlisted candidates at the offer stage.

    Yes — you will indicate your preference during the application. Placement is based on your academic background and cohort availability. We discuss preferences with all shortlisted candidates.

    No. Candidates who exhibit exceptional skill would be evaluated by the management of SOH Energy for future employment opportunities.

    No. The programme is built for National Services Personnel and recent graduates. Academic strength, drive, and a genuine interest in the energy sector matter.

    Completing associates receive the SOH certificate of completion together other relevant industry certifications.

    The program runs concurrently with the National Service Scheme (NSS). The next start date will be based on the NSS start date. We strongly encourage early applications as we review on a first-come basis.
